BTB blades are colour coded. When cutting out glass, Yellow blades
cut high, against the glass, leaving the urethane on the car body.
Orange blades cut low, against the car body, leaving the urethane
on the glass Green blades are special blades for panel removal.

Serrated blades are normally used for the removal of high
modulus polyurethane. Non-serrated blades are used for
the removal of bonded trims, mouldings, badges, panels &
accessories. See the blade guide for the full range of

Powered cold knife blades are designed to cut from the
outside. Straight blades and Z blades are normally used
from the inside of the vehicle. Special blades are
available for trimming and backfill Removal. See the
blade guide for the full range of sizes.

BTB cutting fluid is used as a lubricant. The use of
cutting fluid makes the cutting easier and reduces heat
build up, preventing toxic smoke and extending blade life.
The correct cutting fluid must always be used with the BTB
system.
