Terms and Conditions
Esprit retain the title to all goods & services until payment is made in full.
All goods excepting consumable items are guaranteed against
defects caused by bad workmanship or materials for a period
of twelve months from the date of our invoice. In the event
of any complaint the customer must contact Esprit direct for
further instructions and to register their complaint. We will
then decide the best course of remidy for the customer and
Esprit. If goods are faulty and Esprit require them to be
returned under warranty then the cost of the return shipping
is the customers responsibility.
In the case of consumable items, the guarantee on these are
six months with the exception of drill burs, bulbs and battories
which are not guaranteed unless of faulty manufacture.
Any goods received in a damaged condition or with shortages
must be reported to Esprit within seven working days by e.mail
or fax. No claim for loss or damage not reported within that
period will be considered.
